Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings.

  • Act as a liaison between visitors and internal staff.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the security of the reception area.

  • Keep an accurate record of staff whereabouts.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline from a reputable company

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer preferable from an oil and gas sector

  • Must be between 24 - 30 years old

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
