Position Summary



  • In this position, you will work with the Sales team to achieve company-set targets.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Supply line manager reports on customer needs, challenges on the field, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.

  • Reach out to prospective and existing customers through cold calls.

  • Present, promote, and sell services of HealthConnect 24x7.

  • Present, Promote, and sell services of HealthConnect 24x7.

  • Find new sales leads/follow up on sales leads from members of staff, call center, etc.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Report weekly sales activities/leads to the Head of the department.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Key Accountabilities



  • Identify and research potential customer and new markets and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and unique selling points

  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Stay informed about the features, benefits, and applications of the products or services being offered, and continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.

  • Follow company policies and procedures related to sales activities


Minimum Requirements



  • Education: HND / B.Sc. qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience preferably in the Healthcare industry

  • Good knowledge of HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools is highly required
