  • Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join the team and provide exceptional support to the executive leadership.

Job Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives.

  • Provide project management support for key initiatives led by the executive team.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Process and track executive expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives.

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
