Duties



  • Represent the company well when dealing with clients and officials

  • Support one or multiple attorneys to help them optimize their time

  • Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office


Requirements



  • Male preferably for gender balance

  • OND / HND / BSc in Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, Business, or any related field.

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a secretary in a law firm

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Proximity to Location is an added advantage.

  • Experience in publishing
