As a Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for managing and providing support in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Administer the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal setting.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR-related matters.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational needs.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
