Duties and Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory on Mortgage. Land use and other related matters


• Laising With Board of Directors convening and servicang annual general meetings


• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. mergers 8 acquisitions financiavsecurities offerings compliance issueS transactions agreement lawsuits patents)


• Structure. draft arri review reports and other documents relating to mortgages etc


• Represent cornpany in legal proceedings (administrative boards court trials etc.)


• Draft and administer all real estate and nonnal estate related contracts

Requirernents

• 2nd Class Upper degree in Law


• 4-5 years post bar experience


• Very Sound knowledge and understanding of Mortgage laws


• LLM and ICSAN certificatbn is an added advantage
