  • Our client is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an expert in their field and possess a track record of drafting and legal documentation engineering. Responsibilities

Legal Counsel:



  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel on a wide range of legal issues.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making and case strategy.

  • Drafting and negotiating flawless contracts which include but are not limited to Contracts of Sale, Deeds of Assignment and all such relevant documents.

  • Advising on wide spectrum of commercial law activities, including intellectual property, company formation etc

  • Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance Advisory services.

  • Provide/ advise on content for social media platforms.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional legal services.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives and concerns.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business goals.


Legal Compliance:



  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations and legal trends affecting the industry.

  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all the applicable laws and regulations.

  • Advice on risk management and mitigation strategies.


Litigation Management:



  • Manage and oversee minor litigation cases from inception to resolution.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution if the need arises.

  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team.


Leadership and Mentorship:



  • High work standards and ethics.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Attorneys and legal staff.

  • Share knowledge and expertise to foster professional development within the legal team.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall legal team performance.

  • Committed to a process of continual improvement.

  • Being proactive and using initiative.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 10 years of legal practice, post-call to the bar.

  • Legal experience in law practice with focus on legal drafting, negotiation, and conveyancing.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
