Responsibilities



  • Launch market research and new strategies to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Implement business ideas that will promote sales and improve customer retention.

  • Develop a portfolio of business plans to be submitted to various companies for collaboration opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to both existing and potential customers, and up-sell products.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional services.

  • Negotiate contractual terms with customers and report contracts to stakeholders and the sales team.

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly financial reports of sales.

  • Administer other general administrative tasks as instructed by the supervisor.


Requirements



  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or any similar field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position

  • Customer service centric and a good understanding of business establishment principles

  • Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong flair for marketing/sales

  • Ability to work in a team and independently from a supervisor

  • Good working knowledge in the use of computers, MS applications, or Google Workspace

  • A proven sales record with strong market implementations

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
