We are looking to hire a vibrant Key Account Manager to support the Commercial team in achieving growth in revenue and market share through relationship management and cross selling/upselling.
The role will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing merchant relationships with the aim of maximizing revenue from current merchants, ensuring upselling and cross-selling opportunities are explored and executed.
Key Objectives;
Revenue from Key Accounts: Increase in revenue generated from key accounts over time
Cross-Selling and Upselling Rates: Success of initiatives aimed at selling additional products or services to existing key merchants.
Client Retention Rate: % of key accounts retained over a specific period.
Churn Rate: Monitor the rate at which key merchants discontinue their engagement with SeerBit.
New Business Opportunities: Identify and track new business opportunities within key merchants.
Market Share Growth: Assess the contribution of key accounts to SeerBit’s overall market share.
Resolution Time: Maintain a 24hrs TAT to resolve merchant complaints
Requirements
Bachelors/master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years cognate experience preferrable from the financial service sector
