Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will work with the Project Manager to oversee project planning, scheduling, implementation, and tracking of various projects. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities, preparing reports, and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and budgets.



  • Assist in the creation and planning of initiatives.

  • Gathering information and research as required

  • Visit project sites to assess progress and address client complaints or inquiries.

  • Monitoring and reporting on the development of the project.

  • Working with vendors to ensure the construction teams get the required scope.

  • Tracking project performance using reports from the earned value management system.

  • Communicating the demands, and objectives of the project with clients and stakeholders.

  • Carrying out administrative duties such as creating estimates, invoicing, meeting schedules, document preparation and publishing, etc.

  • Collaborate with numerous teams and stakeholders to track project development and offer monitoring to guarantee projects are finished on time and within budget.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or any related field.

  • Inspection and multiple project management skills

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical retail industry is an added advantage

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
