As a Loan Officer at Lovonus Microfinance Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of financial inclusion by facilitating access to credit for individuals and businesses. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Loan Origination:Assessing loan applications, conducting credit checks, and evaluating the financial viability of potential borrowers.


• Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing financial advice, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.


• Risk Management:Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with lending, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of effective risk management strategies.


• Loan Monitoring:Monitoring the performance of existing loans, conducting regular site visits, and implementing strategies to address any issues that may arise.


• Sales and Marketing:Actively participating in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and expand the loan portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.


• Proven experience in loan origination and portfolio management within the microfinance or banking sector.


• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in microfinance.


• Close proximity to Lekki Axis as well as Lagos mainland
