Job Description

• The Liner / Merchandiser plays a crucial role in maintaining our store's visual appeal and ensuring that products are well-organized and attractively displayed.


• This role involves handling various tasks related to inventory management, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking and Merchandising: Ensure all shelves and product displays are adequately stocked and well-arranged according to company guidelines. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and replenishing stock as needed.


• Product Presentation: Maintain the store's visual standards by ensuring that all products are attractively displayed, priced correctly, and labeled appropriately.


• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, expiration dates, and damages, and remove any unsellable items from the shelves.


• Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and support to customers when required, answering questions about products and directing them to the appropriate sections


• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the store area clean and organized, including aisles, storage areas, and backrooms.


• Reporting: Report any issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma or OND in any related field.


• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for product presentation.


• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.


• Good communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
