Job Brief
- Act as a single point of contact for showroom operations, walk-in inquiries, coordination of bike dispatches to customers, and liaising with internal stakeholders of organization for administration, electrical, civil, utility and other departments for smooth and efficient operational flow.
Responsibilities
Sales plan:
- Understand the premium product selling, value added approach, aggressive follow-up skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Coordination with Internal Departments:
- Service: Liaison with service department and resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints w.r.t sales and service grievances
- Delivery : Share showroom stock report and Liaison with factory getting the products delivered to customer
- Administration – Liaison with Admin department for electrical, utility, generator, and other admin related issues
- Finance – Coordination with finance for petty cash operations
- Marketing – Regular interaction seeking support from marketing and digital partners for uploading posts on social media, running contests, and promos to increase the walk-in sales
- Showroom exposure & Market expansion :
- Generate Corporates leads through cold calling
- Rich experience of running premium product showroom operations
Reports:
- Online inquiries, walk-in inquiries, rider database
- Petty cash update
- Showroom stock report
Requirements
- 4 years+ experience as a showroom manager in an automobile company.
- Effectively run the showroom operations.
- Increase the walk-in sales by conducting activities, promos, and contests in conjunction with the marketing department
- Develop strong relationships with riders and create Positive word of mouth communication.
- Female Preferred for gender balance.
