- The Fashion Retail Merchandiser and Designer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the merchandising and onboarding of designers at Idozi Collective. This role involves coordinating with designers, managing merchandise, and organizing events and pop-ups at various locations.
Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Manage the retail merchandising of fashion products, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal.
- Designer Onboarding: Coordinate with new designers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events and pop-ups in various locations, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to drive business goals.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Retail Merchandising, Fashion Management, or Creative Studies.
- Experience in Fashion retail merchandising and event management is preferred.
- Location: Candidates living within the Lagos Island metropolis ( Obalende, Ikoyi, Lekki, Oniru, and Victoria Island)
