- Collaborate with eye care professionals, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the clinic.
- Contribute to the improvement of patient experience and services.
- Ensure a seamless journey for patients from appointment scheduling to post-consultation follow-ups.
- Analyze operational data specific to eye care services.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators relevant to ophthalmic operations.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in eye care.
- Ensure adherence to established ophthalmic standards and procedures
- Manage relationships with suppliers of ophthalmic equipment and supplies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs for eye care services.
- Communicate effectively with the eye care team and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on operational activities related to ophthalmic services.
- Identify potential operational risks in ophthalmology.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with eye care regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in operations management
