Job Summary

• The lawyer will prepare proper legal citation and statutory interpretation and maintain accurate case files, notes and reports and working closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a broad range of legal issues and conduct legal research to stay current on relevant laws and regulations.


• Assess potential legal risks and provide strategic recommendations, review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements and ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.


• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management and provide support during dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution processes.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide legal training sessions to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Law.


• 3 - 6 years of strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.


• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
