The Business Development Executive will familiarize with the company's products and services and responsibilities that may be more complex, such as creating a feasible plan for implementing developmental changes in the organization.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth and analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for positioning the company effectively.
Identify and target potential clients, establish contact, and build relationships and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and present and promote company services to potential clients.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape the company's offerings.
Prepare and submit detailed proposals in response to client requests for services and ensure that proposals are aligned with the client's needs and the company's capabilities.
Requirements
B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
An MBA is an added advantage.
3-5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the industrial or manpower development sector.
Knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and human resource management.
