Job Summary



  • The Business Development Executive will familiarize with the company's products and services and responsibilities that may be more complex, such as creating a feasible plan for implementing developmental changes in the organization.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth and analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for positioning the company effectively.

  • Identify and target potential clients, establish contact, and build relationships and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and present and promote company services to potential clients.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape the company's offerings.

  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals in response to client requests for services and ensure that proposals are aligned with the client's needs and the company's capabilities.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • An MBA is an added advantage.

  • 3-5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the industrial or manpower development sector.

  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and human resource management.
