This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge workflow web application that will revolutionize how processes are managed within corporate organizations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Process Owners:

• Work closely with process owners to understand and document workflow requirements.


• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform the design process.

Prototyping:

• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for the workflow application.


• Utilize industry-leading tools like Figma to create visually appealing and functional designs and demos.

User-Centric Design:

• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and efficient user experiences.


• Ensure that design decisions align with the overall goals and objectives of the project.

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.


• Analyze user feedback, metrics, and usability testing results to refine designs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the development team to translate design concepts into functional application.


• Work within an Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning and reviews.

Design Principles and Guidelines:

• Apply established design principles and guidelines to maintain a cohesive and branded user interface.


• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for a diverse user base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX-Product Designer.


• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with an emphasis on workflow applications.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.


• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum project development environment.


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
