Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:



  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school's programs and increase student enrollment.


Lead Generation and Conversion:



  • Identify and pursue prospective students through various channels.

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process.


Market Research:



  • Stay informed about education market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Brand Management:



  • Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.

  • Uphold and enhance the school's positive brand image.


Digital Marketing:



  • Utilize digital marketing tools, including social media, email campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO), to engage with a diverse audience.


Collaboration with Admissions and Educational Partners:



  • Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

  • Build and maintain relationships with educational partners to enhance the school's reputation.


Event Planning and Participation:



  • Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and fairs to attract prospective students.

  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase the school's offerings.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads and nurture relationships.

  • Maintain positive relationships with current students, parents, and alumni.


Budget Management:



  • Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.


Feedback Collection:



  • Gather feedback from stakeholders, including parents and students, to enhance marketing strategies and address concerns.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 4+ years relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
