  • Lily Hospital is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations/Sales Associate.

  • As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Lily Hospital.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement client relationship management strategies:



  • Work towards achieving revenue and profitability targets through effective client engagement.

  • Cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, including patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.


Identify and pursue new business opportunities:



  • Proactively seek and explore potential partnerships with other healthcare providers or institutions.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.


Provide excellent customer service and support:



  • Ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty through the delivery of exceptional customer service.

  • Address customer complaints promptly and work towards resolution.


Collaborate with other departments:



  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other relevant departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

Stay informed about industry developments:

Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management, preferably in a healthcare environment.


Skills:



  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
