Job Summary
- The Facilities Manager will manage the maintenance, development, performance and delivery of the facilities of the school.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND or its equivalent.
- A Trades Certificate in any building trade would be advantageous.
- At least 4 years of responsible experience in the building maintenance trades, including at least one year of lead or supervisory experience.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to plan, assign and manage other grounds and maintenance personnel.
- Experience/skills with work in the construction, renovation, maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
- Ability to work independently with little direction and to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Good at meeting schedules and time lines.
