Job Summary
- This is a role for an Accountant to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the school which include, (but not limited to) invoicing school fees, receipts, financial transfers, and other transactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, with a major specialization in Accounting.
- Must have 8 to 10 years experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in the use of Tally, Sage or related account- ing softwares.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to manage all accounts, administer payroll for all school employees, knowledge of taxation and auditing.
- Very strong organizational, interpersonal, and intrapersonal skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, with sense of responsibility, autonomy, and accountability.
