Description



  • Act as the liaison between Chairman & project teams, reporting to the Chairman on all activities.

  • Keep Chairman well informed of upcoming project commitments and responsibilities, following up on the progress of action items and other tasks appropriately.

  • Draw up minutes of meetings, resolutions and action points during meetings and remind the Chairman of same.

  • Support Project Lead to update and organize project files and completing tasks to ensure all milestones are met.

  • Work with Project Lead to conduct research and prepare reports.

  • Assist with flight booking, ground logistics, accommodation, and all other arrangements for Board Meetings.

  • Provide direct assistance to the Manager, Group Chairman’s Office in secretarial works (typing, scanning and photocopying) and other tasks as may be assigned.


Requirements



  • Master’s Degree from reputable institution

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Solid interpersonal skills

  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

  • Tenacity and Emotional maturity.

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications and partnership development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office andSocial Media web platforms.

  • Willing to relocate to Benin City.
