Customer Engagement:



  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment to enhance the customer experience.

  • Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the products available in the showroom.

  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing.


Consultative Selling:



  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Recommend products that best meet the customer's requirements.


Demonstration and Explanation:



  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

  • Clearly explain product specifications, warranties, and pricing.


Closing Sales:



  • Effectively close sales by addressing customer concerns and objections.

  • Provide accurate and transparent information regarding pricing and promotions.


Order Processing:



  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products.


Visual Merchandising:



  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Participate in creating attractive displays to showcase products.


Customer Follow-Up:



  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

  • Address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.


Sales Targets:



  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • B.Sc / HND in related field

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
