Description 

• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.


• Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.


• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.


• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.


• Address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction and implement effective solutions.


• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets established standards and specifications.


• Conduct inspections and tests on construction materials and workmanship.


• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.


• Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.


• Facilitate effective communication between different teams involved in the construction process.


• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the construction project and develop strategies to mitigate them.


• Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budget.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.


• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for construction personnel.re progress reports for project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.


• Excellent project management and organizational skills.


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Familiarity with project management software and tools.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
