Roles & Responsibilities

We are in search of a suitable Operations and Underwriting personnel candidate with the following roles & responsibilities:



  • Liaise with clients and insurance companies.

  • Assessment of risk presented by clients and finding the best deal for their insurance cover.

  • Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance companies.

  • Helping clients articulate their current and future insurance needs.

  • Arranging insurance cover for clients.

  • Reviewing policies/endorsements to ensure they meet the insured’s expectations.

  • Client’s claim processing.

  • Communicating with insurers and the insured.

  • Provide general insurance advise and customer service.

  • Researching insurance policies and products.

  • Renewing or amending existing policies for clients.

  • Preparation of monthly business reports using MS Office applications.

  • Explaining policy terms to clients.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc in a relevant field with 2 years work experience.
