County Cargo is looking for a friendly and helpful person to take care of our customers.

What you'll do:

• Answer questions and solve problems for customers through email, phone, or in person.


• Make sure everyone has a great experience with County Cargo.


• Keep track of customer information and generate reports for the store manager.


• Create posts for social media that are fun and informative.


• Help keep existing customers happy so they come back again and again.


• Give great customer service and handle any administrative tasks that come up


• Do your best to reconnect any customers who haven't been using our services lately.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience helping customers or something similar.


• You're organized and can clearly explain things to others.


• You know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel.


• You can work weekends, holidays, or different hours when needed.


• You're comfortable using the internet.


• You show up on time.


• You're happy to help with anything extra that comes up.
