We are currently seeking a highly organized and articulate individual to join our team as a Executive Assistantto the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments for the CEO.
Complete reports and compose confidential correspondence.
Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Compile documents for business or travel-related meetings.
Schedule appointments and manage the CEO's calendar.
Represent the CEOin selected meetings.
Accompany the CEO to events and handle necessary arrangements.
Plan meals and trips for the CEO and ensure CEOs office is well-organized.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
HND / B.Sc with 1-2 years of experience as EA, PA or related roles
Must Reside around Lekki Phase 2 (key factor)
Strong command of English, both written and oral communication skills.
Well-presented with a good dressing sense.
Proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the CEOprofessionally.
Capable of preparing and tendering reports effectively.
