Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

  • Recruitment and Onboarding.

  • Employee Documentation.

  • Time-to-time Employee Survey.

  • Training and Development.

  • Payroll Administration.

  • Leave and Attendance Management.

  • Employee Relation and Conflict Resolution.

  • Handling Employee Queries, Complaints and Questions.

  • Employee Exit Management.

  • HR Communication.

  • Employee Welfare.

  • Office Management and Administration.


Requirements



  • A Tertiary Degree is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years hands on experience as a HR Generalist

  • Prior experience in a QSR is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is important.

  • Ability to pay attention to details.

  • Data Analysis and Report Writing.

  • Ability to maintain good working relationship with vendors.

  • Negotiation.

  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and delegate accordingly

  • Hands on and proactive.

  • Confidentiality.


Salary

N110,000 - N130,000 monthly (Net)
