Job Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead Sales to join our real estate company. As a Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.


Responsibilities



  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average deal size, and pipeline management, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a customer-centric approach to sales.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and customer needs.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities, assess market potential, and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

  • Managerial experience is added advantage.
