We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead Sales to join our real estate company. As a Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average deal size, and pipeline management, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and customer needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
