About the job

• We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of data for Sujimoto/Motopay.


• He or She will be in charge of the development and maintenance of hard and soft copies of data and vital documents, and also design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and solutions for the company.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development


• Management of Data information


• Appropriate filling and archiving of official data and documents


• Collaborate with data scientists, ML Engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand


• Data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.


• Retrieving filled data for reference purposes


• Implement data integration solutions to connect various data sources and enable seamless data flow.


• Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures on cloud platforms


• Ensuring accuracy and updating of data 


• Stay updated on the latest features and services offered by cloud providers to ensure the use of best practices.


• Controlling the flow of data within and outside the company


• Provide assistance to staff members with approval to have access to data in the Data Management System.


• Collaborate with relevant teams to establish and enforce data quality policies.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and storage.


• Keep data system up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience in Data management or any related field.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Effective communication and collaboration skills.


• Effective skill on data management software.


• Data Analytics and Knowledge of operating systems


• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and SQL.


• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.


• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and technologies is a plus.
