Job Summary:

• CARBIN AFRICA is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Officer.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards.


• This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site field surveys and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and effective communication.


• Collect, analyse, and report data to generate insights and recommendations for management.


• Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide on-the-spot solutions to ensure client satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and align field activities with organisational goals.


• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about products.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, including client interactions and feedback.


• Adapt to changing environments and work conditions while ensuring consistent quality of service

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.sc or Hnd in Marketing or equivalent.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field/sales operations.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in data collection and analysis.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams members.


• Willingness to move to different locations as required by the job.
