Job Responsibilities:




  1. Financial Reporting:



    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.




  2. Bookkeeping:



    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

    • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.




  3. Budgeting and Forecasting:



    • Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.

    • Monitor variances and provide insightful analysis.




  4. Accounts Payable and Receivable:



    • Process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor relationships.

    • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.




  5. Tax Compliance:



    • Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.




  6. Audit Support:



    • Assist with internal and external audits.

    • Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audit processes.




  7. Financial Analysis:



    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

    • Provide recommendations for improvement.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

  • ICAN is an added advantage

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


Skills:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
