Our Client, a media company offering diverse content production services is in search of a Business Development Manager for their Lekki office.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Accountable for increasing company revenue.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly objectives, aligned with OKRs.
- Partnership Building: Create and establish partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
- Prospect Pitching: Engage with prospects and convert them into clients or partners through compelling pitches.
- Client Support: Assist clients in understanding briefs and recommend optimal strategies to achieve their goals.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and packages with clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
- Sales Area Development: Develop new sales areas and enhance sales through various methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales (2-5 years).
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and revenue growth techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
