Our Client, a media company offering diverse content production services is in search of a Business Development Manager for their Lekki office.


Responsibilities:



  1. Revenue Growth: Accountable for increasing company revenue.

  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly objectives, aligned with OKRs.

  3. Partnership Building: Create and establish partnerships to enhance business opportunities.

  4. Prospect Pitching: Engage with prospects and convert them into clients or partners through compelling pitches.

  5. Client Support: Assist clients in understanding briefs and recommend optimal strategies to achieve their goals.

  6. Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion.

  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and packages with clients.

  8. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  9. Lead Generation: Generate leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.

  10. Sales Area Development: Develop new sales areas and enhance sales through various methods.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development and sales (2-5 years).

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and revenue growth techniques.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
