Responsibilities:

• Create and innovate signature cocktails and beverage offerings that complement our culinary delights.


• Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of beverage trends, spirits, and ingredients.


• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations.


• Ensure the efficient operation of the bar, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness.


• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.


• Uphold high standards of customer service, providing an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere.


• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to beverage preparation and service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, with a strong portfolio of creative and well-executed cocktails.


• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques.


• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar area.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
