Job Description



  • Oversee all financial transactions, and take accurate records of daily sales and expenditures.

  • Liaise with the inventory supervisor to ensure there is an accurate inventory report.

  • Keep all company’s business financial transaction records, and documents and ensure safety/confidentiality of the same.

  • Prepare all necessary financial reports for the business weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually as directed by management.

  • Conduct daily sales reconciliation with the cashier and safely keep or remit cash to the bank.

  • Responsible for petty cash management in the office.

  • Administer payrolls and control of income and expenditure.

  • Ensure compliance with taxes and levies payment as at when due.

  • Responsible for all receivables and payables of the company.


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational and analytical skill

  • Must be proficient in bookkeeping

  • Must pay attention to detail.
