Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Managing Director, Executive Leaders as well as Senior Management team including the preparation of management meeting minutes
- Responsible to schedule plus coordinate executive meetings; cross-department meetings, company meetings plus training sessions both on as well as offsite, oftentimes drafting and/or editing executive communications, agendas presentation materials, transcribing distributing minutes of meetings as needed
- Responsible to manage maintain executives schedules, appointments travel arrangements
- Responsible to process, review as well as approve expense reports for executives, administrative staff company committee expenditures
- Responsible to receive interact with office visitors/customers/potential clients
- Maintain structured records management procedures for hard as well as soft copy filings of client contracts, legal, due diligence corporate documents
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex.
- Drafting and reviewing of MoU/SLA’s for the different project undertaken by the company.
- Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with donors and prospects.
- Performs any other assigned duties that may be given from time to time.
Requirements
- Must be a Law graduate with experience as an executive assistant
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Having experience in the ICT Industry will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
Between N80,000 - N100,000 monthly depending on the applicants experience.
