Job Description

• Warmly welcome walk-in customers.


• Answer customers’ questions and inquiries about products, prices, and availability.


• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and discounts.


• Have an in-depth knowledge of all our products to effectively assist customers.


• Promote and suggest additional products to customers.


• Arrange and keep store area clean appropriately at all times, to make it conducive for customers.


• Ensure proper tagging of identification slips on each item.


• Maintain visually appealing product displays (merchandising) to attract and engage customers.


• Assist the Online Customer Service/Sales Officer in processing customer orders efficiently (Online).


• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.


• Monitor and replenish products on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years experience.


• Proven experience in sales.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
