Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in a related field with Proven experience in project management.
Prior experience in the agricultural field and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
3 or more years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline management experience.
Knowledge of agile and lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, among others.
Expertise in conflict resolution
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to ProjectManager, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
