Receive and take orders via calls, social media, website and any other platform the company subscribe to. Attend to concerns on service delivery platforms, price change etc.
Call customers daily for feedback and document on the excel sheet
Prepare delivery sales report daily and do a presentation of the summary.
Attend to customers enquiry, complaints and concerns professionally and ensure it is followed up to completion.
Qualifications
An ND holder with at least 6-month restaurants or Customer Services Experience
