Job Summary

Responsibilities

Web Application Management:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user-friendly interfaces.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement web-based solutions that align with organizational goals.


• Monitor and optimize the performance of web applications, addressing issues promptly and implementing necessary upgrades.

ICT Management:

• Oversee the organization's ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.


• Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard data and information assets.


• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovations that enhance overall efficiency.

System Administration:

• Administer servers, databases, and networks to ensure high availability and reliability.


• Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patches.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing end-user support when necessary.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide technical solutions.


• Facilitate effective communication between IT and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.

Documentation and Training:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
