  • As the Growth & Operations lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business growth and operations of Tamak Logistics. This role requires a proactive leaderleader/manager, who can define and execute strategies to increase market share, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.


Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:



  • Develop and execute growth strategies, identifying new opportunities aligned with company objectives.


Operational Excellence:



  • Streamline logistics operations, implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Team Leadership:



  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.


Business Development & Customer Experience:



  • Cultivate strategic partnerships, negotiate long-term contracts, and improve overall customer experience.


Financial Management:



  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions.


Data Analysis:



  • Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making, monitoring KPIs to drive growth initiatives.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:



  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards, implementing measures for high service quality.


Qualifications



  • A B.Sc / HND from a reputable Tertiary institution

  • Proven experience in business operations and management, with a track record of driving growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with the Logistics / Supply Chain & Dispatch Services industry.
