Job Responsibilities



  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork.

  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents

  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases

  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance reviews according to policy and legal requirement.

  • Process payroll, including entering timesheets, calculating deductions, and distributing pay checks.

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues in a fair and consistent manner.

  • Assist in performance management processes.

  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements



  • OND in a related Course.

  • 1 - 2 year work experience.

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

  • Strong Work ethics and reliability.

  • Good skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • The ideal Candidate should reside in Magboro, Arepo and environs.
