This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for all programs and projects.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will also support the design and execution of assessments, evaluations, and other studies to gather data, and will work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to analyze and report on findings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field i.e Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies or an equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a monitoring and evaluation role; experience at non-profit or international development organizations is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in survey methodologies, data analysis, and qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience with database management and statistical software (such as SPSS, STATA, or R)
Experience developing M&E frameworks, logframes or Theory of Change
Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various stakeholders and partners
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with international health programs or projects is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team.
