About the job



  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) Trainer to conduct an intensive one-month training program for a maximum of 10 individuals.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive PMP training sessions, guiding participants through the PMP certification process, and ensuring that they are well-prepared for the examination.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and deliver a structured PMP training program in accordance with the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) framework.

  • Provide clear explanations of project management concepts and methodologies.

  • Assist participants in understanding the PMP certification process, exam structure, and key areas of focus.

  • Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages participant involvement.

  • Evaluate participants' progress through quizzes, tests, mock exams, and real-life test projects.

  • Offer guidance on exam preparation strategies and best practices.

  • Review and provide feedback on participants' study plans and self-assessment results.

  •  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest changes and updates to the PMP certification process.


Qualifications:



  • PMP certification is mandatory.

  • Proven experience as a PMP trainer with a successful track record of preparing individuals for the PMP exam.

  • Strong knowledge of the PMBOK framework and project management best practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse learning styles of participants.

  • Previous experience in training small groups (up to 10 individuals) is preferred.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques.
