Job Description

• Reviewing applications to determine if they meet all qualifications, such as income levels or credit scores


• Negotiating loan terms with borrowers and other parties to the transaction, such as banks or title companies


• Reviewing loan applications to ensure that all required information is complete and accurate


• Coordinating appraisals and inspections of collateral for loans involving real estate


• Reviewing loan documents to ensure that all legal requirements have been met


• Managing relationships with lenders and other partners in the lending process


• Negotiating with lenders on behalf of borrowers who are having difficulty making payments on their loans

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of One year experience in an MFB and have a knowledge of banking software Bank-One.
