We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager who will assist the sales team's management while also overseeing and optimizing sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
Act as a point of contact between sales representatives and the management team.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Assist in driving the overall revenue and sales of the company
Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations inquiries, requests, and issues
Monitor Sales Cycles, Payments, and LPOs
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions
Generate reports on sales data, activity, and performance metrics
Monitor and update the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
Assist with the development and implementation of sales incentive programs
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members
Manage the sales team’s calendar and schedule appointments and route plans
Prepare sales presentations and proposals
Handle customer service inquiries and escalated issues
Accept sales orders and send invoices
Update the CRM system with customer information
Train new sales team members on company policies and procedures
Track long-term sales data and report
Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
Requirements and Skills
First Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management and operations coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
