  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager who will assist the sales team's management while also overseeing and optimizing sales operations.


Job Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Act as a point of contact between sales representatives and the management team.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

  • Assist in driving the overall revenue and sales of the company

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations inquiries, requests, and issues

  • Monitor Sales Cycles, Payments, and LPOs

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions

  • Generate reports on sales data, activity, and performance metrics

  • Monitor and update the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce

  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales incentive programs

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members

  • Manage the sales team’s calendar and schedule appointments and route plans

  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals

  • Handle customer service inquiries and escalated issues

  • Accept sales orders and send invoices

  • Update the CRM system with customer information

  • Train new sales team members on company policies and procedures

  • Track long-term sales data and report

  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams


Requirements and Skills



  • First Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales management and operations coordination.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
