Join our dynamic business development team as an Account Officer, where your role will focus on engaging both new and existing clients to drive strategic actions. We are seeking a persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a successful track record in sales, particularly within the fintech industry.


Job responsibilities



  • Call new users, assist, persuade, and sell the features and services of the company to them. And ensure to close as many sales as possible from new users. 

  • Build a positive relationship with active users to encourage them to repeatedly buy and refer new users to the company and increase customer retention.

  • Cold call inactive users to re-activate them, resolve their concerns, and sell new features and services the company provides. 

  • Meet sales targets by going the extra mile on activities that directly improve your KPIs. 

  • Ask pertinent questions to find out other challenges they must have encountered and channel their complaints to your line manager. 

  • Deal with complaints or doubts to save the company's reputation, and maintain a professional approach in your dealings.

  • Keep record of calls, customer feedback, and other useful information that will improve the company’s frequently asked questions and answers.


Job requirements



  • At least 2 years experience as a sales executive/business developer

  • Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • High proficiency in the use of computers and the Internet.

  • Have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the fintech industry.

  • Ability to convince new and existing clients to take action

  • Goal oriented and possess excellent communication, persuasive, & interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
