Key roles and responsibilities:

• Business Requirements from user departments


• Business detailed process documentations for all key users


• Evaluate Testing and Training Materials


• First level & Second Level UAT


• Liaise with IT, Sales, GTM & other departments on key deliverables


• Participate in Key design decisions on DMS.


• DMS Improvement & Development Plans


• Deployments and Execution of DMS.

Required skill :

• Advanced Microsoft excel skill,


• good communication skill,


• Quantitative/Analytical skill
