Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess and evaluate financial and operational controls.


• Review and analyze financial statements, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.


• Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.


• Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures.


• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations for management.


• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company's compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• ICAN certified an added advantage


• Proven 3-5 years’ experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.


• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Effective communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


• Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
